We have taken out the soy bean germ as by-product by cracking the soy bean, during the soy bean milk processing. We take out its germ about 2% out of soy bean.
Our product is suitable for both isoflavone processing and feed application as protein/ fat source.
The specification is as follows.
1.The appearance is yellowish granule as soy bean itself.
Nutritional value : Crude protein -- about 40%
Crude fat --------- about 17%
Crude ash ------ about 4%
Water --------- about 8%
Others --------- (mostly carbohydrate) 31%
2.Assay : soybean germ (seed) 80 ~ 85%
cracked soy bean body 14 ~ 19%
husk 0.5 ~ 1%
Non-GMO : GMO rate is about 0.5%
3. Mesh size : 10 mesh on 3%
10 - 20 mesh 90%
20 mesh pass 7%
4.packing : 18,000kg = 20kg/ bag x 900 bags = 1 fcl
or 13,200kg = 550kg/ jumbo bag x 24 bag = 1fcl
